Edgars *****ulently added a monthly premium for “mobile content” on my account. It is impossible to reach there customer services centre by phone or e-mail . Calls are dropped and e-mail’s not answered. Now RSC is threatening me daily for payment. There customer services are even worse - arrogant personnel if they call you - and no answer either on phone or e-mail
