Edgards Rcs

I paid R580 installment towards my Edgars account on 28Jan using the Ozow link send from Edgars on sms. I have received numerous calls advising my account was not paid and is in areas. I have emailed Edgards payment conformation and they requested me to contact my bank to request for target details so they can allocate payment. My bank have advised that the target details are on the pdf confirmation and cannot assist further as they can't provide or understand the request for target details. I have since advised Edgars the bank can't assist. Edgars /Rcs debt collectors are harassing me with calls for a payment I made and have since emailed them payment confirmation so many times. I just don't know how to proceed as payment was done and I have proof.
