****ed off with EDGARS
I settled and closed my EDGARS account in November 2023 but startered receiving emails and sms that i owe them money in August 2024. After numerous emails i finally received an email that confirms that the lawyers can close the account as it was paid in full. I received another threatening sms that i need to pay my account from the lawyers. These lawyers has also been phoning me non stop. Ie now hande this matter over to my lawyers and will follow the neccesary steps to stop this harrasment. Ive also requested that EDGARS should stop all communication but they continue sending me emails and sms regarding their products and services. I'm sick and tired of this harresment from EDGARS and their lawyers.

10 Jan 2025, 11:32EDGARS finally responded to my email. The person that responded whos name is Percival instructed the debt collectors to close the account. The phone calls stopped but started now again. This is totally unacceptable. I'm being harrest by debt collectors for an account that i closed and i received confirmation that the account was closed. I'm not paying them a extra cent and ive also submitted a complain to the Consumer Commission.
