Disgruntled client

Disgruntled client not 1 agent can assist me with the app I made numerous calls ,reset the app,deleted it still authentication fail they quick fix is to sent me different modes I can use to access the account that still don't work,this has been going on for 2 months If I don't call.they won't what happened to customer service do they not follow up and the queries .pethetic service
