Disgracful service and repair process

Pathetic and disgraceful service from Edgars Gateway. I have purchased a Drone and in August it was booked in for Repairs due to it been defective. The Item has now pasted the 21 Working days repairs as per the CPA.I was the item to be replaced or refunded.Edgars is selling electronic items and can't provide proper warranty turn around time for repairs. I would like to warn customers out there. Please stop buying electronic tech gadgets from Edgars Gateway or any other Edgars stores that sell them cause if you have a problem with an item them will come up with new stories on the supplier now takes 9 weeks to repairs but when the item is purchased they don't tell you that.I have even tied to call the store and they never anwser the phone.
