Credit without agreement

This is the most useless company you can get. They took over Edcon accounts that was no fee no interest they don't have updated agreement and now they are charging fees etc etc. This comes down to them *****ing as I did not agree to fees and interest. I have asked numerous times for a copy of the agreement but to date nothing.
