Complain, bad service

Cell: ‪***‬ Good day I have a complain regarding my account I received my account and it shows I owe you money I went to see Edgars in Secunda and it shows it is for something like Mobile content, we phone RCS and they said I subcribe for it and I never did They said they will cancel it but on my new account it still shows I phone them several times and nothing is been deducted. I am a customer at Edgars for around 37 years and it is the first time it ever shows i am in arrears, for something I do not subcribe for Can you help me regarding this I am willing to paid the arrears if They can send me the proof that I sign up for it or the recording where I stay yes to it I am very disappointed in the service, I was at different Edgars stores, around 10 times, I phone several times and no help Thanks Mrs J Marais
