Cannot find paid up later

I had an account that i paid up long time ago when edgars was still under edcon before 2020 and i didnt request for paid up later until now when i see its reflecting on my credit profile i called edgars several times for paid up later they will say they do not have any details under my profile and the last time i received my statement it was in 2020/07/07 that shows that they owe me few amount but on the call center system am not there i went to the branch they can pick up my id and edgars account number but cannot provide paid up later only call center can but call center just transfer my calls so unprofessional to RCS,NIMBLE AND CONSUMER FRIEND and all of them they do not have my account it was never handed over to them so i do not even know who can help me with paid up later from edgars stores am not happy with their service i requested them to check old system or request it to retreive it but consultant are so rude they will just transfer you unprofessiinal withought informing you
