I have an Edgars account under RCS and I'm constantly paying this account via their retail store and bank eft.They hardly allocate the monies paid via EFT and kept on requesting pop andwould sent and hardly pick them up.Constantly sending their call centre agents to call and inform them what transpired.This has been happening dating back since 2023 and they don't owning up after several pop request I sent to them and I feel I'm ****med by them and I do not know where to report this financial services provider because they are up to tarnishing my name and want out because they have turned up to be law unto themselves and untouchable. I'm even prepared to go to the court to get out of this abuse because I have been to their retail store and their own staff could attest to the pop they have seen on my phone and ultimately now they want a target details statement from the bank and I have been to the bank and the refutes such statement. What is mostly frustrating is that daily they put collection fee charges that they have called me and could either reached or not reached and me and there's a penalty levied for that as well for sending messages.When I checked on my account I have seen that there are monies I overpaid that's on their account but not allocated.
