Blue Lable Edgars - Close my account

Following my first review with Edgars. I now had to pay R1000 on my account I've been trying to close since June 2023 for so call BLUE LABLE air time contract - that i am unaware of, and they cant tell me where this air time went, to what number. So after months of arguing and cancelling Club fees and Blue label several time, my account is still not closed and i keep having to pay for made up fees.
