Bad service. rude consultant, disappointing

I opened Edgars account on line last year April, I paid cash @Brits branch. All of a sudden, they started debiting from my account this year, explaining that I agreed on Debit order. I visited std bank, to get clarity, they tried to reverse it, but to no avail, they referred me to Edgars, store in Brits, at the branch, they Called head office RSC, still no help. On 31st August I visited Edgars, ladies on duty referred me to head office, the lady who was supposed to assist me at head office, was very rude, I am very dissatisfied. She identified herself as YONELA, she further explained to me that I don't have the rights to cancel debit order, in order for me to continue paying cash, she refused to help me. Irrespective of reasons I gave why I don't want a debit order, she kept on being rude and not wanting to assist nor understand.
