Bad service and product

Edgars account it's a ****, they don't only rob people with their bad service in their stores and so called HO/call center, I open my account with Edgars online 2023 November, Edgars deducted club card and other services without my knowledge, they are charges amount to over R1800 in just 8 months, I asked for cancelation and refund, and I was told they have recording to prove I have join accepted this products but to date No recording was shared with me, I wonder how many clients have been ****med by this rotten partnership between Edgars and RCS
