Account query

I have a problem with my Edgars account, I've always used 6 months interest free, even when it was Edcon. But now the statement has 20 months which I never took, this goes back to 13 August 2020. 4 years I'm paying for this account, with a balance of R412.91, WHY? Then there's this one for 01 October 2021 like, 3 years ago with a balance of R234.35, WHY? Then, the last one is the one for 27 July 2022 which was 2 years ago, with a balance of R2435.77, what is happening here???? WHY am I being charged interest?????
