Bad communication
No communications from Builders whatsoever when email was sent. Have to tell my story over and over again!

26 Aug 2026, 15:11 Good day, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the way this matter is being handled. I sent you an email on Friday clearly advising you that I had paid the R200 that was due by the end of July and was still outstanding. Despite this, I am still receiving calls from Builders/RCS as though I have made no payment. This is completely unacceptable. What is even more concerning is that you have not bothered to respond to my email, yet you have no problem continuing to call me about a payment that I have already made and provided notification of. I want a clear explanation as to: - Why am I still being called after I advised you that the R200 was paid? - Why has my email not been acknowledged or answered? - Has my R200 payment been correctly allocated to my account? - Why has your collections system not been updated to reflect the payment? - Why am I being treated as though I have failed to pay when I have already done what was required? I am not prepared to keep receiving unnecessary calls because your internal departments apparently cannot communicate with each other or update their records correctly. Stop the repeated calls regarding this payment immediately. I have made the payment and have already notified you of it. If your records say otherwise, then provide me with a detailed statement showing exactly what you claim is outstanding and explain why my R200 payment has not been reflected. I also expect a written response to my original email, not another phone call. I want everything relating to this matter documented in writing. I have fulfilled my obligation from my side. The responsibility now lies with Builders/RCS to correct your records, properly allocate my payment, stop the unnecessary calls, and respond to the correspondence I have already sent you. I expect this to be resolved without further unnecessary contact regarding an amount that has already been paid. Regards, Coenraad Jonas
