Bad communication
No communications from Builders whatsoever when email was sent. Have to tell my story over and over again!

No Consent and no proof - Account Charged
I had a RCS Builder Credit Card, that I had to close due to RCS sharing my details with a 3rd party. The 3rd party was Blue Lable Connect, who contacted me and sold a Cellphone to me. Which I agreed too, but I never received the Cellphone and my RCS account was charged. This was February 2025, I immediately started to dispute the charge with RCS, they keep telling me to dispute it with Blue Lable and Blue Lable keeps telling me that the dispute is with management. It’s 17months later and still no resolution. I have been hander over to the second attorneys trying to get the money out of me and I have been listed at the Credit Bureau with a pending dispute. RSC does not make any effort to assist but they are the ones that shared my details without consent and changed my account without proof (me signing for the cellphone)

I bought electricity R1000 on the builders app and didn't get the voucher number because the app said unsuccessful. I tried again with R1000 and again with R300.Total R2300 on 9 June 2026. Haven't received the voucher number and RCS can't help, Builders can't help and Blu Vouchers can't help either. I'm being sent from pillar to post. I've sent proof of payment to all. I don't know who the **** is but i will find out soon because I'm not leaving this unresolved like they always do with other customers. I'm a consumer in South Africa and i know my rights. I can't sit without electricity in this winter because someone decided to perform some tricks.

I've been ****med by RCS. Even today nobody wants to respond to my queries. The complaints department is worse, the people were trained to give bad services. They ****med me and I will pray for them.
