YumYum Caramel Crunch Peanut Butter without Crunch

I am quite fond of the Caramel Crunch peanut butter by YumYum and have always had decent amounts of the caramel crunch. Bought a bottle today and there are little to no pieces in it whatsoever? Went to the website as informed on the label only to have the email bounce back that is shown on the website? I had attached photos as evidence and proof of receipt. I have noticed a decline in the crunchy bits but this is now absurd to Label something as Crunch and there is nothing of the sort.
