Yum Yum ****roach Peanut Butter Experience

Hi RCL Foods A week ago I came to the bottom of my Yum Yum Extra Smooth 800g Peanut butter jar, I was shocked at what I saw, what looked like tiny sticks, but when lifting it with my knife I actually saw that it was ****roach legs, about 3 of them. I was speechless, I immediately called the number on the jar, and laid a complaint. The operator said HO would call me back, which was done. You then offered me R150 off my next purchase. Are you kidding me! What must I do with a R150 off my next purchase. R150 tells me that I should get over it, and we do not take responsibility but you know what, just to keep this consumer quiet, here is R150 off your next purchase of ****roach peanut butter. I do not accept a R150 off my next purchase, I see myself as a loyal Yum Yum customer, and believe I deserve more than a mere R150 off my next purchase. Please get back to me on this matter.
