Very efficient associate

Hi there, just a word of thanks to Debbie Biljon (Technical administrator) who responded to a complaint I had regarding pies that were not up to the Piemans standard. It is indeed rare that when one complains, people take the time to actually listen! She did more than that, going beyond what I expected. She assured me that complaints are dealt with very seriously and also explained (in detail) the measures taken to ensure that what we purchase is safe, and of immaculate quality. She even went as far as to suggest what the problem could be (having not been able to provide her with a sample). This is fantastic and I truly appreciate her rapid response and thorough feedback!! Well done Debbie and please keep up the good work, I'll definitely keep on buying my peppersteak Piemans ****!! Cheers
