Rude uless agent

I purchased 3 bags of bobtail food which was off from the checker/Shoprite stores. The food was offdealing with a agent thinus Makes too much excused in assisting. Sent another mail for assistance. Thinus is ignoring my mails and rude towards me as a customer bobtail guys has alot of issues should you buy the product and you have a problem think twice to purchase this brand.
