Rotten food

Sad to say that I have dogs and I purchased 3 bags 8kg dog food and the food was mouldy and the bags was wet. What can I say I support bobtail reported this matter more than a month via email but no one from bobtail responded.people should stop supporting this brand. The food was smelling
