Refund From Sunbake Benoni (RCL FOODS)

I ordered bread in the month of June that was delivered in Middleburg. It happened that I deposited an extra amount of money in the account that was opened for me within Sunbake. When business was done at the end of June, I then requested a refund of the remaining balance. I have been requesting my refund from the month of July till now November and nothing seems to materialize. I called in today to do follow ups and without a shame I was told it will take 3 months to process the refund because someone else was using the account they've opened up for me. I can't understand why their problems have to affect me.
