RCL poor service and product.

Contacted RCL on their portal a number of times about boxes of rusks with 50% of them broken. Looks like they came out the oven broken and the whole lot are dumped in the box. NEVER A REPLY FROM THEM. As a result I have searched for another product and found one far superior. Another lost customer for RCL.
