RCL Foods bully small SME's

I wanted to stock Optimizor Dogfood in both my shops but it is the most frustrating process to open a Cash on Delivery account. Firstly I had to wait 2 months since September before the rep Nikki attended to my account, excuse is that it is COVID. Then after you submitted all your documents just to open an COD account, they still refuse to deliver before you make payment. What is the term COD stands for? Their excuse is that they are a big corporate and that is how they work, sorry. Wonder if Bakkies Botha knows these things. Ashame on you RCL Foods
