RCL Foods / Bobtail – Poor Follow-up After Complaint

I lodged a complaint regarding a Bobtail product, and on 3 days ago I received an email from RCL Foods apologising for the inconvenience. They advised that they would investigate the matter and send me a WiCode SMS voucher as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, three days have passed, and I have not received the voucher, nor have I received any update or response despite waiting patiently. It's disappointing that after acknowledging the complaint and making a commitment, there has been no follow-through or communication. I would appreciate RCL Foods honouring what was promised and providing feedback on the status of my complaint.
