Rcl customer service is useless

How long does customer service get back to its customers,this is very unprofessional of such a big company. I sent a request 2 days ago about an issue with a product, no one has got back to me

If this is the case i will stop buy your products and i will communicate this with all my commmunity as i know the ward councillor
