RCl, Checkers and Pick n Pay. Bad service and no refund/replacement of product.

I bought Nola Mayonnaise in June 2022 at Checkers Southgate.It was off/bad/soggy. I reported to RCL. They sent me a code to redeem at any Pick n Pay. I went to Pick n Pay at The Mark in Sandton. They refused to assist me and said that I should go back to the store that I bought it from. I went back to the store and they said that I must go to Pick n Pay. I then reported it again to RCL Foods and still no response. All these shops can really do better. I live far from all of them and only pop in when I travel to work and get treated like this. Terrible service.
