Rama margarine

I have purchased 6 1kg tubs of Rama on the 2nd of November 2024, and we opened the 1st one on Sunday 10th of November. Uppn opening the tub, it had a lot of water in it, and id didn't have the texture that it would normally have. On Monday 11th I reported this on their watsap line. I've been emailed from one person to the other. Now it is Friday 15th November, I have not yet received a call, nor any sort of feedback in a positive direction. To me this seems to be deliberately, so the consumer will just "let it go" I honestly didn't expect this kind of service.
