Poor service from RCL foods in Pretoria.

I have used Supreme cake flour since 2009 In December 2025 I bought 12.5 kg supreme cake flour that was substandard. I cold not find my receipt so I messaged RCL foods and they sent a courier to collect the flour. They sent me a R200 voucher which I failed to redeem after many attempts at different ShopRite branches. I drove to RCL flour depot hoping to just get a replacement but they told me that I had to use the voucher to purchase RCL products like rusks, peanut butter, selati sugar and pies among other things. The flour that I returned was not part of the options I was given to use the voucher for.

I drove again from place to place but the management at the stores did not know how to process the voucher.

It was now getting to costly for me so I gave up and the voucher also expired.

I lost my flour, my time and my money driving around to redeem a voucher that was not redeemable and I am very unhappy with the kind of service I received. Why must I be forced to replace my flour with products I have never used all my life? I want my flour.
