Poor food + Poor customer care

Good afternoon hello Peter I purchased a bag bobtail dog food 8kg food was off smelly which I reported to the bobtail support team no response forcmore than a month. I have been dealing with and agent from rcl thinus which took the entire week to assist The agent is also negligent in regards to responding to mails very slow and no sense of urgency. Agent sends me and email today apologizing but not trying to assist as they team was negligent.his also rude and not helpful he needs to be trained other wise I will come to your offices with my attorneys to address this matter. It might sound nothing to him but at the end of the day I want to know how can this come a conclusion with a good and positive agreement I want a positive feedback.
