POOR FOOD POOR AN BAD SERVICE.

I contacted rcl foods for assistance with thre 5 x 8kg dog food which I had a issue which was off. A agent by the name of thinus was assisting me this guy does not respond to emails on time is rude and very pushy.It takes so long for a query to be resolved every he responds once and never resolves it please I request to avoid me taking action against rcl resolve this issue today.
