Pathetic customer service

On 6/7/26, I found in a box of 20 catmor wet food 2 packets food which had gone off. The previous week I found 1 pkt rotten food but just threw it away. This time I phoned RCL Foods and spoke to Zain. 7/7 received email from Thinus Brits reqursting details on the food box etc. I emailed it 8/7. A Claudia phoned requsting more info. She sent me an email then and said that they will send me a sms with voucher details as a form of goodwill 9/7. I acknowledged email 10/7 sent another email to Claudia. I found another 2 packets of rotten food in another box and wanted to know if a must load another complaint. No response 12/7. Phoned Claudia. She said that the refund was not yet processed and that she or someone from her office will let me know if I must load a new complaint. No one called me

I'm a very disappointed customer. I gave 3 cats and use a box of 20 catmor a week. I will jot be buying Catmor again
