Ouma Rusks or Ouma Crumbs

Hi there<br> <br> I have been buying Ouma rusks for as long as I can remember. And I have gotten accustomed to the high quality of the product. When we had unexpected visitors on Saturday morning my first reaction was to make coffee and take out Ouma rusks to make sure they have something to snack on. <br> <br> I opened a new box and after removing 4 rusks from the packet I took it out of the box to find only crumbs in the packet. This is very poor quality product. Clearly it was packed like this as the box was undamaged and the plastic was still slightly inflated when I opened it.<br> <br> I have never ever compromised on quality by buying cheaper brands because I knew (or thought I did) that ouma would not disappoint....<br> <br> I am at a loss for words.<br>
