Ouma Muesli lite rusks a disappointment

I have been a loyal supporter of the Ouma Muesli rusk before they introduced the new range I used to love the good old ouma whole wheat rusks .Now I have been buying the Muesli lite rusks.I have so many unfinished boxes of these.i found that the quality in each box is never the same.most if the time you find the rusk half burnt Or hard as rocks, tasteless, not to mention that they are smaller and smaller in each box, some come with raisins in them in others one can taste peanuts<br> Ouma you are destroying your brand do something about the quality standards or stop manufacturing the product if you can get the quality right, and worse still why are you allowing poor quality products to leave your factory<br>
