Ouma Buttermilk Rusk - Foul Taste and looks burnt

I use to buy Ouma Rusk on a regular basis, but the product has deteriorated so much that now I refuse to buy it at all. The last 12 boxes that we bought, over the last 2 months, all the rusks were burnt and had a terrible taste. Where it use to be our tradition to start weekend mornings with Ouma I now will not buy it. I have wasted enough money on boxes that we ended up throwing away over the last 2 months. <br> <br> I urge you to look into the quality of your product as you might find other loyal buyers, like I use to be, rather purchase another product. The experience of the Buttermilk Ouma rusk is now ruined for me, but maybe you could restore the quality before the experience is ruined for others.<br> <br> I have contacted Foodcorp as well with absolutely no form of response. It seems obvious that what use to be loyal customers are no longer important enough to even reply or respond. <br> <br> With great disappointment I bid a dear old friend good bye for ever!<br>
