Mouldy, completely rotten dog pellets

<p>Good day<br />We purchased our 'regular' Bobtail Senior 7kg bag and when I opened it, it tore completely as the inner lined bag seemed to have been disintegrating. A puff of 'smoke' appeared and the contents of the bag were completely rotten. The pellets have a grey 'stone like' appearance and there is big white hairy mouldy bits in it. I have taken pictures and will release these on HelloPeter for your viewing pleasure. I really hope that the spores released when I opened it, doesn't harm me or my dogs. This is not acceptable in any way. Does no supply chain management take place in order to control the temperature and moisture exposure? How do I know that my other bag (we use two a week), does not contain smaller elements of this spoil? I am completely freaked out by this experience.<br />The products were purchased from Checkers Cresta on 20 May 2016.</p>
