DUDE!!! IM SEEING DOUBLE .... OK not actually ...

Was very disappointed when i purchased RCLFoods YUM YUM Double Crunch Peanut butter only to find it had much less Crunch than the normal Version. Disappointed enough to let RCL foods know that, although a Minor issue as Peanut Butter is Peanut butter (LOL), there was little to know peanuts in it. My response to RCLFoods was just a notice for them to basically honour what they advertising. i expected no compensation for it at call cause, come on, its just peanut butter. lol. Still enjoyed every bit of it.

Got 2 calls from RCL foods which i missed due to back to back meetings on my end then got an email from them advising they tried to call me and sent me A WI-Code to replace it which i honestly did not expect.

I must say after sales service was top notch, I sent them that notice yesterday and they already made contact in matter of hours

im impressed. Keep it up RCL foods
