Complaint

I tried to do this on there website but three days i a row it rejected sending it, they clearly don't want to read complaints.

I recently purchased two boxes of Ouma rusks and were disappointed with the quality of these boxes as the ones I usually buy are perfect. These didn't absorb tea at all and this is usually my breakfast so my morning was off to a very bad start each morning as I hoped the rusk I pulled out today would absorb tea but sadly this was no the case.
