Bobtail 2in1 pellets bag FAULTY

I recently began purchasing Bobtail 2in1 after receiving a sample, besides the fact that the dog loves the food, I know it comes with a zip-seal.

I then opened the bag .. struggling in the process only to notice that there was a production fault.

It was so disappointing as one of the biggest reasons I buy this specific dog food, because it uses a zip seal and stays fresh when sealed.

Now I'm sitting with a bag of food that I cannot close and had to once again revert using a container, which I was trying to avoid. Don't think Ill be purchasing another bag of Bobtail anytime soon.
