Bad quality and bad service

I lodged a complain on the 13 March 2023 ref ***3 , I bought a 25kg Tafelburg maize meel , it was like flour when I cook pap it was making lumps and ***** as it was very soft , the company collected the bag of the maize meel as a sample to be checked , from there nothing happened , i have been calling making follow up nothing happened , I was inconvenienced as the bag was meant to last me a month and a half , but now Im left without food my budget was compromised I am very dissapointed with this company , bad quality and bad service . The managers are forever not available to solve my problem I am told .
