Bad Mageu

It's about a mageu product. I complained about a product I bought at Univesitas Meditas Spar weeks before it expired. The mageu product lacked flavor and was very watery. I then complained about it and then received a call from the company saying they will look into the matter but I've been waiting ever since( it's been almost 4 weeks) The product even reached its expiry date before receiving further feedback. I'm very disappointed in the company because it's clear that they did nothing about my complaint. As soon as you get money you don't care about your customers,thank you for your bad service.
