Bad customer service

I bought 5 Kg of Monati Mabela A Ting Co**** one, when I arrived home and emptied into a container I saw that the packet says co**** however the content if very fine. I called the Customer Care line on the back of the pack and was given another number***and the lady was not helpful she gave me a Whatsapp number to log my query. I logged it on whatsapp line *** with the picture as I was told to do so, nothing happened my message is still not answered. Why give us customer service number if you do not care about us?
