Useless RCI

To Whom it may concern,

I called RCI for a booking on Monday 26 October for Sun Vacation Club, I get told it's fully booked.

On Tuesday 27 October, I get a call from RCI offices to say they have a match and the dates I requested is available, excited, I called hubby to confirm and went ahead to do the booking, I had to pay an admin fee which I did.

Wednesday 28 October, I called the RCI offices numerous times, not 1 of the consultants could tell me what went wrong. The consultant I was dealing with was obviously avoiding me.

Thursday 29 October, I call the RCI offices once again and then get told that was a glitch in the system and I must just wait or rebook for another date. IF I ****** wanted another date I would have done so. I have done payment as well but they also confused about whether I will get a refund.

Is RCI running a Mickey Mouse business?
