Unholiday Club

I booked an away holiday with RCI just before lockdown and it was cancelled and we rebooked for the 11th September and everytime I phone the resort they tell me that they have not received the reservation yet nad with all the emails I send to RCI nobody bothers to gwt back to me. Shocking service.
