Unfair holiday organization

We call the RCI call canter to find out about a booking for sun city for January <br> The lady said there was availability from the 1st to the 11th <br> At first we we a bit thrown off because it wasn't from Friday to Friday like normal. (we have been going for many years)<br> We said we would like to take it and she said she would call is back <br> She never called is back since last week and we phone today to find that there is no booking to us and no availability. <br> We are very disappointed with this . <br> No we can't go in January
