Timeshare owner has no rights?

I regret I have ever booked anything with RCI.They want R1000 for every booking you make,on top of the levies you pay,and you cant rent this week out!! What nonsence is that!!<br> They monopolize your own timeshare and if you cant go-pay a grand again and the unit must stay empty?<br> They just throw terms and conditions which was NEVER explained when you make a booking.<br> Catch you out and that's it.
