SPACEBANK

I have been trying to spacebank my week for two weeks now and RCI's website tells me the levy is unpaid. My resort has confirmed that RCI have been told the levy is paid (which is only due at the end of February) I have e mailed their customer relations to ask them to rectify and they don't even have the decency to respond.
