Safety and personell belonging concern

We started our timeshare week on the 12 of December 2014 Me my wife and 5 year old granddaughter.On the Saturday evening they broke into our chalet while we were sleeping by lifting the sliding door.I was awake and i saw a dark shadow of the person that was looking into the room were my wife and little granddaughter was sleeping not realising that this was an intruder.I fell asleep and awoke the morning to find the sliding door wide open.Luckily for me only my cell phone ******.There was two other ******ies in the SUPPOSE to be secure Magaliespark.I reported the matter to mangement and the police.I also initiated a claim to Magaliespark insurance.The claim was rejected as they say that they are not resposible for our belongings.So what would have happened if our lives were taken or we were attacked by the intruder.Would they also have wavered their resposibility.After 25 + years of Magaliespark timeshare.Shame on you Magaliespark and RCI.Also a complained was lodged of falling mouse or bat droppings on the main bed throughout the night and week.This was reported 2 years ago with the same problem and has not been addressed.No excuse Magaliespark.My unit is 48.
