Booked 7 days accommodation at Beacon Inn in Plettenberg Bay for April, 2020. Due to Corona Virus holidays were cancelled. Understood that our Booking would be kept until Corona was under control. We're now allowed to travel but RCI REFUSED to Refund or replace!
