Really appalled and don't know any more

Hi All ! Where do one begin?!?I am not a person who complains about anything and everything , but one get to a point where one cant keep quiet.Firstly I complained about two years ago whilst on Holiday at La Lucia Sands,I complained directly to RCI due to the fact that they were renovating the unit right below us,and the noise was not the worst,but the fumes of the paint and carpet glue was almost unbearable.I complained to the resort but they could do nothing and till date no response from RCI.Now here is my predicament. I was informed last year 2014 that I will loose points due to not using them.I have e-mailed and phoned approx 20 times to get a holiday booked before I loose the points.They made promises that they will assist me in any way they can,but to no avail.So i lost the points and without a vacation.I do not have any children and told them I want to book out of season and at Perna-Perna Umhdloti,due to the fact that i dont have children and out of season there should be place available as well the points used will be less.I dont mind paying extra for admin fees but yet again to no avail.Not to sound vain I pay my levies on time or before,not only this year but +-15 years
