RCI worst customer service and website.

RCI have the worst website! If you try to call it directs you for everything to the website. The website hangs if you try to go back to the page you were on. It comes up with error messages. It is impossible to try to get through by phone. The hold-on music is distorted and no-one answers anyway. The worst service experience ever!
